About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As the TA Ops & Tech Recruiting Manager, you will be the driving force behind the digital transformation of our Talent Acquisition team.
- Design and lead the maintenance of integrated dashboards (ATS + Power BI) that provide real-time visibility to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
- Develop capacity planning and forecasting models to align the recruitment team with business needs.
- Analyze early turnover and pipeline health to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve hiring quality.
- Lead advanced configuration and continuous optimization of Lever (or the current ATS).
- Identify repetitive tasks and eliminate them through integrations, APIs, and AI tools.
- Audit and improve the candidate journey, ensuring a fast, transparent, and high-impact process.
- Manage the tools and platforms budget, ensuring a positive ROI on each technological investment.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, translating complex metrics into clear action plans.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations, Data Analysis, or leadership roles within Recruiting/HR technology
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and specialized ATS management (Lever, Greenhouse, or similar).
- Proven experience implementing AI solutions and automating workflows (Zapier, Make, or API integrations).
- Ability to turn raw data into narratives and business strategies (Data Storytelling).
- Fluent English (mandatory), able to lead technical conversations and present reports at a regional/global level.
- Advanced Spanish — LATAM interaction
