About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement Grupo Despegar's connectivity strategy, ensuring scalability and efficiency in integrations.
- Strengthen and manage relationships with connectivity partners, ensuring strategic alignment and value creation for the business.
- Develop and negotiate referral programs, as well as other initiatives to expand the company's coverage and reach.
- Act as the focal point between connectivity partners and internal teams (IT, Product, Legal, and Tax), ensuring efficient execution of projects and integrations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience managing partnerships and/or connectivity (APIs, integrations, or digital ecosystems).
- Negotiation skills and stakeholder management.
- Ability to bridge technical and business areas.
- Analytical, organized, and results-oriented.
- Advanced English
- Intermediate Spanish
