About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of farmer-profile clients, ensuring account retention and profitability.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and commercial partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency and partner base.
- Monitor client performance, targets, and financial results, proposing continuous improvements.
- Conduct strategic and data analyses to support commercial decisions and actions.
- Analyze client KPIs and performance to identify commercial opportunities and prioritize actions within the portfolio.
- Assess and define a contact/visit plan for portfolio clients, customizing the approach.
- Interpret reports and track KPIs on a weekly basis.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales/Account Executive in the travel or hospitality sector.
- Farmer profile, focused on managing and monetizing client portfolios.
- Ability to prospect and onboard new agencies and commercial partners.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
