About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of farmer-profile clients, ensuring account retention and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and commercial partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency and partner base.
  • Monitor client performance, targets, and financial results, proposing continuous improvements.
  • Conduct strategic and data analyses to support commercial decisions and actions.
  • Analyze client KPIs and performance to identify commercial opportunities and prioritize actions within the portfolio.
  • Assess and define a contact/visit plan for portfolio clients, customizing the approach.
  • Interpret reports and track KPIs on a weekly basis.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales/Account Executive in the travel or hospitality sector.
  • Farmer profile, focused on managing and monetizing client portfolios.
  • Ability to prospect and onboard new agencies and commercial partners.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
