About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and scale a new operating model for Decolar's Non-Air vertical.
  • Design and execute partner programs that are AI-native from day one.
  • Work with AI agents as the primary delivery mechanism.
  • Intelligent onboarding that adapts to the partner's profile.
  • Continuous education delivered on demand.
  • Scale activation of Non-Air offerings through structured programs and data signals.
  • Operate in close partnership with Territory Managers and the Strategy, Operations, and Product teams.
  • Turn fragmented executions into structured, scalable systems that deliver consistent performance across regions with automation at the core.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth Tech or SaaS environments, at the intersection of Program Management, GTM Strategy, and Customer Success.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI agents, intelligent automation, and AI tools applied to customer/partner journeys.
  • Proven track record of complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact on activation, retention, and incremental revenue.
  • Experience leading a small team or execution squad, including in a matrixed model.
  • Highly analytical profile. Comfortable with large volumes of data, building dashboards, and translating insights into action.
  • Scaling experience: playbooks, process standardization, and migrating execution from 1:1 to 1:many.
  • Ability to operate as a strategic partner to field leaders (Territory Managers, Sales) and central functions (Strategy, Product, Operations).
  • High level of ownership and autonomy in ambiguous contexts.
  • Executive-level communication. Able to hold conversations with a VP of Product, experienced Territory Managers, and external partners within the same week.
  • English required.
  • Spanish is a plus.
