About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and scale a new operating model for Decolar's Non-Air vertical.
- Design and execute partner programs that are AI-native from day one.
- Work with AI agents as the primary delivery mechanism.
- Intelligent onboarding that adapts to the partner's profile.
- Continuous education delivered on demand.
- Scale activation of Non-Air offerings through structured programs and data signals.
- Operate in close partnership with Territory Managers and the Strategy, Operations, and Product teams.
- Turn fragmented executions into structured, scalable systems that deliver consistent performance across regions with automation at the core.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience in high-growth Tech or SaaS environments, at the intersection of Program Management, GTM Strategy, and Customer Success.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI agents, intelligent automation, and AI tools applied to customer/partner journeys.
- Proven track record of complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact on activation, retention, and incremental revenue.
- Experience leading a small team or execution squad, including in a matrixed model.
- Highly analytical profile. Comfortable with large volumes of data, building dashboards, and translating insights into action.
- Scaling experience: playbooks, process standardization, and migrating execution from 1:1 to 1:many.
- Ability to operate as a strategic partner to field leaders (Territory Managers, Sales) and central functions (Strategy, Product, Operations).
- High level of ownership and autonomy in ambiguous contexts.
- Executive-level communication. Able to hold conversations with a VP of Product, experienced Territory Managers, and external partners within the same week.
- English required.
- Spanish is a plus.
