About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Definir el framework global de cupones, incluyendo ownership de presupuesto, reglas y principios de uso.
  • Traer orden y visibilidad a una palanca que hoy está fragmentada entre equipos y países.
  • Asegurar que los cupones estén alineados con los objetivos de negocio y la propuesta de valor para el cliente.
  • Definir criterios mínimos de calidad para lanzar cupones.
  • Diseñar un proceso de aprobación simple, claro y robusto.
  • Establecer KPIs comunes y estándares de evaluación post-implementación.
  • Definir el marco de medición para evaluar incrementalidad y evitar canibalización.
  • Analizar los resultados de cupones para identificar el impacto real y oportunidades de optimización.
  • Idear nuevos tipos de cupones y casos de uso, basados en benchmarks e investigación interna, y liderar su desarrollo y experimentación aprovechando recursos cross-área (ej.: equipos de CRM, Producto e IT).
  • Sistematizar y compartir mejores prácticas sobre qué ofertas funcionan, para qué audiencia y en qué momento del lifecycle.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en roles de Growth, CRM, Performance Marketing, Pricing o vinculados a revenue.
  • Habilidades analíticas sólidas y experiencia evaluando impacto comercial.
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos multi-país y cross-funcionales.
  • Conocimiento de mecánicas de cupones o estrategias de incentivos (deseable).
  • Perfil estructurado, autónomo y orientado a impacto.
  • Portugués (deseable).
  • SQL, Power BI, Insider (nice to have).
