About the role

  • Analyze consumer legal actions, identifying points relevant to the defense.
  • Gather information from multiple departments related to the facts described.
  • Manage reservations in our internal systems and/or GDS.
  • Compile findings based on the collected supporting information.
  • Ensure compliance with procedural deadlines.
  • Serve as the point of contact between Legal and operational areas.
  • Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Law, Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in customer service, civil litigation, or legal support.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills and document organization.
  • Experience with GDS and travel industry systems.
  • Intermediate Spanish will be considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Procon, Consumidor.gov, or integrated legal systems is a plus.
