About the role
- Analyze consumer legal actions, identifying points relevant to the defense.
- Gather information from multiple departments related to the facts described.
- Manage reservations in our internal systems and/or GDS.
- Compile findings based on the collected supporting information.
- Ensure compliance with procedural deadlines.
- Serve as the point of contact between Legal and operational areas.
- Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Law, Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.
- Previous experience in customer service, civil litigation, or legal support.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills and document organization.
- Experience with GDS and travel industry systems.
- Intermediate Spanish will be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Procon, Consumidor.gov, or integrated legal systems is a plus.
