About the role

  • Plan sales campaigns efficiently, allocating resources and tools according to demand and ensuring offers are aligned to achieve the desired promotional attractiveness.
  • Plan and manage commercial campaigns, including kickoffs, defining targets, partners and products, monitoring schedules (Gantt) and ensuring deadlines are met by area.
  • Define commercial hooks, primary offers and communication plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize sales.
  • Act as the focal point for Media Sales, Loyalty, Financial Alliances and Sourcing, identifying opportunities and needs, success cases and communication best practices.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to conduct communication measurements and tests, seeking the optimal campaign model.
  • Analyze and monitor commercial KPIs for products and channels, proposing continuous improvements.
  • Prepare analyses and reports to support commercial decision-making.
  • Participate in the weekly tactical process for Brazil operations, focusing on execution and tracking of action plans linked to campaigns.
  • Support the development of business cases and performance analyses for channels and products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing or related fields.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Metabase and Advanced Excel.
  • Analytical and structured thinking, with an interest in data analysis and commercial performance.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate with multiple areas.
  • Spanish is a plus (ideally able to communicate in the language).
  • English will be considered an advantage.
