About the role
- Responsible for managing the QA and training team
- Monitor the activities carried out by the team
- Lead working groups with supervisors in the legal claims area
- Guide and support the team in accordance with executive directives
- Extract and analyze data/targets, create dashboards to support decision-making
- Manage other operational and administrative processes
Requirements
- Experience managing a quality team or training teams
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables), diagramming tools (Miro), and Google Sheets
- Experience with data analysis, targets and KPIs
- Conversational Spanish
- Bachelor's degree
