About the role

  • Management and oversight of strategic projects (PMO);
  • Development of roadmaps, timelines, and OKRs;
  • Financial and project performance analysis;
  • Conducting market research and analysis;
  • Management and oversight of Decolar's Loyalty program;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and management tools (Power BI, advanced Excel, Asana, Jira, etc.);
  • Ability to translate data into insights and strategic action plans.

Requirements

  • Strategic profile with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional settings and able to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Previous experience in strategy consulting or corporate planning;
  • Familiarity with the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sectors;
  • Knowledge of performance indicator management and revenue management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Strategy, or Business is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced English. Spanish is a plus.
