About the role
- Lead Back Office operations teams;
- Manage the operation's daily routine;
- Monitor calls and propose improvements;
- Create JIRA tickets to report identified errors;
- Analyze performance based on KPIs;
- Perform data analysis to generate insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress);
- Experience with post-sales and full travel operations routines;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- GDS systems - Amadeus, Sabre, or similar;
- CRM/ERP systems;
- BI tools - Power BI, Tableau;
- Knowledge of KPIs and metrics;
- Team management experience;
- Quality control;
- Travel operations - air, hotels, packages, insurance.
