About the role
- You support our customers via email, phone and, where applicable, chat — friendly, solution-oriented and reliable.
- You handle inquiries about orders, products, shipping, returns and complaints.
- You document customer feedback and identify recurring issues — proactively proposing improvements.
- You work closely with logistics and product development to create optimal solutions.
- You help continuously optimize and automate customer service processes.
- You use tools such as Shopify, ClickUp, Slack and AI-powered systems to work efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support, e‑commerce, or a service-oriented environment.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory — you communicate clearly, friendly and professionally.
- Good English skills — for international inquiries and internal communication.
- Independent, structured working style and a high level of personal responsibility.
- Openness to modern technologies and tools — experience with AI-based systems is a strong plus.
- Enjoy helping people and being part of a dedicated remote team.
