Customer Success Manager

• Du betreust unsere Kund:innen über E-Mail, Telefon und ggf. Chat – freundlich, lösungsorientiert und zuverlässig.
• Du beantwortest Anfragen zu Bestellungen, Produkten, Versand, Rückgaben und Reklamationen.
• Du dokumentierst Kundenrückmeldungen und erkennst wiederkehrende Probleme – und bringst Verbesserungsvorschläge aktiv ein.
• Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Logistik und Produktentwicklung zusammen, um optimale Lösungen zu schaffen.
• Du hilfst mit, Prozesse im Kundenservice stetig zu optimieren und zu automatisieren.
• Du nutzt Tools wie Shopify, ClickUp, Slack und AI-gestützte Systeme zur effizienten Bearbeitung deiner Aufgaben.

Customer Success Specialist

• You support our customers via email, phone and, where applicable, chat — friendly, solution-oriented and reliable.
• You handle inquiries about orders, products, shipping, returns and complaints.
• You document customer feedback and identify recurring issues — proactively proposing improvements.
• You work closely with logistics and product development to create optimal solutions.
• You help continuously optimize and automate customer service processes.
• You use tools such as Shopify, ClickUp, Slack and AI-powered systems to work efficiently.

AI Engineer

• Design, build & maintain workflows using Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or custom code
• Automate processes across operations, logistics, marketing, sales, support & finance
• Build micro tools & dashboards (e.g. using Python, Google Apps Script, Airtable, Notion APIs)
• Integrate third-party tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Notion, Stripe, Google Sheets, Slack, etc.
• Identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks, and replace them with automations
• Set up API integrations, webhooks, cron jobs and system triggers
• Document your systems and keep everything running smooth and reliable
• Work closely with the CEO and ops to prioritize and build what matters
