• Own the technical side of our Shopify store — theme development, customization, and ongoing optimization
• Build and customize Shopify apps/plugins using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Implement designs from Figma into clean, responsive Shopify pages — and flag when the design doesn't work for conversion
• Build and maintain API integrations between Shopify and our tool stack (Billbee, Klaviyo, and more) — clean interface programming is key
• Work with AI coding tools to ship faster — we expect you to use tools like Cursor, Copilot, Claude, or similar
• Collaborate with our internal team: Tulon (Senior IT Specialist), Jonas (CMO), and directly with the CEO
• Proactively identify and fix UX issues, page speed problems, and conversion bottlenecks
• Manage Shopify app stack — evaluate, install, configure, and troubleshoot apps

E-Commerce Developer, Shopify

• Daily operational management: orders, returns, customer inquiries (Zendesk), inventory, and fulfillment coordination
• Maintain Shopify store: create/update products, manage orders, configure apps, monitor shop performance
• Support Amazon Seller Central: listings, inventory, A+ Content, customer communication
• Set up, maintain and optimize processes in ClickUp – tasks, SOPs, checklists, deadlines
• Build and maintain automations using AI tools (Claude Cowork, Claude Code), Zapier, Make or similar platforms
• Reporting & dashboards: track KPIs (revenue, return rate, inventory turnover, customer inquiries) in Google Sheets or BASE
• Coordinate communication with fulfillment partners, suppliers and external service providers
• Use Slack as the central communication tool and help shape channel structure
• Evaluate, test and roll out new tools and integrations
