About the role
- Generate insights related to the customer journey to support lead acquisition, retention and revenue drivers
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth, Sales stakeholders in a cross-functional manner
- Build and own Growth-related data models end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
- Build & refine multi-touch attribution models
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B Tests focused on conversion optimization
- Craft data models & insights from ad performance, website visits, CRM to build full funnel view
- Develop reports and visualizations to communicate data insights
- Ensure availability, accuracy, compliance and integrity of data across organisation
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in analytics, with adjacent experience in growth & marketing
- Advanced SQL & DBT skills for data modelling and creating trusted datasets
- Strong A/B testing and experimentation design and analysis skills
- Dashboarding proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Python expertise (Pandas, Statsmodels, Scikit-learn) for statistical analysis and modelling
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English
