About the role
- Lead and mentor a team of around five engineers.
- Facilitate team rituals and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with a dedicated Product Manager and Designer.
- Contribute full-stack solutions across Angular frontend, Node.js backend, and GCP infrastructure.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, UX, and other engineering squads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web application development, ideally working with Angular and Node.js.
- Successfully led engineers and technical initiatives in a leadership role.
- Strong product and engineering judgment.
- Excellent communicator, fluent in English.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI-driven code generation with hands-on experience using modern tools.
