About the role

  • Lead and mentor a team of around five engineers.
  • Facilitate team rituals and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with a dedicated Product Manager and Designer.
  • Contribute full-stack solutions across Angular frontend, Node.js backend, and GCP infrastructure.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, UX, and other engineering squads.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack web application development, ideally working with Angular and Node.js.
  • Successfully led engineers and technical initiatives in a leadership role.
  • Strong product and engineering judgment.
  • Excellent communicator, fluent in English.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI-driven code generation with hands-on experience using modern tools.
