About the role

Support the handling of customer security questions, due diligence requests, and trust-related inquiries.
Help maintain and improve security documentation, policies, and internal knowledge bases.
Support deskbird’s ongoing compliance initiatives (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
Contribute to improving and scaling security and trust processes in a SaaS environment.

Currently enrolled (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
Very good English skills (written and spoken); German is a strong plus.
Strong interest in IT security, trust, and compliance.
Basic understanding of SaaS products and cloud environments is a plus.
First practical experience through internships or student jobs is a plus.
