About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect, solicit, develop and maintain business relationships with a clientele composed primarily of medium organizations operating in the real estate sector
  • Promote and sell Desjardins products and services to grow the centre’s business
  • Represent, negotiate and engage companies as part of agreements with significant impact on the business centre
  • Balance sales objectives, prudent risk management, portfolio profitability, and member, client and partner satisfaction
  • Initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with current and potential clients
  • Serve as a key intermediary between the business centre and members and clients
  • Ensure proper usage, updating, and satisfaction with products and services
  • Analyze dissatisfaction sources and recommend solutions
  • Identify and analyze needs, develop personalized solutions, and prepare integrated service offerings
  • Negotiate applicable conditions with members and clients
  • Recommend strategies for increased business volume, sound risk management, portfolio profitability, and stronger relationships
  • Identify business development opportunities and execute promotional activities
  • Participate in targeted public relations activities and actively in the business community

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
