About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve, solicit, develop and maintain business relationships with mass-affluent Signature Service members and clients
  • Advise and assist members and clients in executing savings, investment and other 360° strategies
  • Work closely with the senior wealth management advisor as a partner in maintaining client and expert-partner relationships
  • Offer premium support to members and clients
  • Carry out and follow up on strategies
  • Make recommendations to ensure member and client satisfaction and support business growth
  • Manage risk and compliance with practices and policies
  • Drum up new business and develop the full potential of existing members and clients
  • Set goals and advise members and clients on the best strategies
  • Develop comprehensive 360° offerings based on member and client needs
  • Contribute to sales objectives through action plans based on the business plan
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices
  • Participate in promotional and public relations activities and maintain a presence in the business community

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
