About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help business sectors analyze and organize their AI needs to steer initiatives toward the most appropriate solutions
  • Contribute expertise in value creation, adoption and productivity AI capabilities during workshops exploring and refining use cases
  • Help business partners assess expected value, identify benefits and define success metrics
  • Help business sectors navigate governance and risk management processes and obtain required approvals
  • Recommend solutions tailored to business needs based on capabilities, constraints, risks and desired outcomes
  • Define, document and continuously improve methods, guides, templates and best practices for responsible AI adoption
  • Serve as liaison between business sectors, technology teams, data teams and governance partners
  • Monitor developments in AI technology and business applications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Proven experience with organization-wide transformation initiatives
  • Experience defining and monitoring key performance indicators and benefits
  • Experience analyzing risks associated with digital or technology initiatives
  • Experience supporting managers and leaders through transformation
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Expertise in business analysis and in assessing opportunities to apply AI to business processes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Conceptual understanding of generative AI, conversational agents and automation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Power Platform and Microsoft Purview
