About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help business sectors analyze and organize their AI needs to steer initiatives toward the most appropriate solutions
Contribute expertise in value creation, adoption and productivity AI capabilities during workshops exploring and refining use cases
Help business partners assess expected value, identify benefits and define success metrics
Help business sectors navigate governance and risk management processes and obtain required approvals
Recommend solutions tailored to business needs based on capabilities, constraints, risks and desired outcomes
Define, document and continuously improve methods, guides, templates and best practices for responsible AI adoption
Serve as liaison between business sectors, technology teams, data teams and governance partners
Monitor developments in AI technology and business applications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Proven experience with organization-wide transformation initiatives
Experience defining and monitoring key performance indicators and benefits
Experience analyzing risks associated with digital or technology initiatives
Experience supporting managers and leaders through transformation
Knowledge of French is required
Expertise in business analysis and in assessing opportunities to apply AI to business processes
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information to a variety of audiences
Conceptual understanding of generative AI, conversational agents and automation
Working knowledge of Microsoft AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Power Platform and Microsoft Purview
