About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and maintain financial models analyzing property or project cash flows and capital stacks to assess financial risks associated with property or project financing
Monitor assigned loan portfolios, including annual reviews, property inspections/site visits, monthly progress draws for construction loans, and compliance with loan conditions
Handle minor post-funding amendments or changes initiated by borrowers or required by lenders, as directed by the Portfolio Manager and in consultation with the origination team
Assist the origination team in preparing term sheets and discussion papers for clients and prospects
Assist with due diligence and review of property/project documents and loan documentation
Carry out tasks supporting promotional campaigns for the unit's activities
Participate in public relations activities and business circles
Perform other activities delegated by the Portfolio Manager or national team leader

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Advanced proficiency in English
Ability to communicate effectively
