About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and maintain financial models analyzing property or project cash flows and capital stacks to assess financial risks associated with property or project financing
  • Monitor assigned loan portfolios, including annual reviews, property inspections/site visits, monthly progress draws for construction loans, and compliance with loan conditions
  • Handle minor post-funding amendments or changes initiated by borrowers or required by lenders, as directed by the Portfolio Manager and in consultation with the origination team
  • Assist the origination team in preparing term sheets and discussion papers for clients and prospects
  • Assist with due diligence and review of property/project documents and loan documentation
  • Carry out tasks supporting promotional campaigns for the unit's activities
  • Participate in public relations activities and business circles
  • Perform other activities delegated by the Portfolio Manager or national team leader

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Ability to communicate effectively
