About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop complex execution strategies, analyze, design and document business products and solutions
- Analyze and develop software products, including design, coding, automation and testing
- Apply development, data and security best practices
- Write procedures, guidelines and development methods
- Help develop documentation for training peers and users
- Cocreate with business partners and architects to standardize solutions
- Identify system optimization opportunities while considering potential impacts
- Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve highly complex operational and conceptual problems during major incidents

Requirements
What you’ll need- University certificate in a related field
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency in English is required due to the nature of the duties, work tools or interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Technology, software development, data and security best practices
- Ability to analyze, design, configure, develop, maintain and upgrade software products
- Ability to analyze client and partner requirements and recommend IT solutions
- Ability to plan, prioritize and coordinate work
- Ability to solve highly complex problems through comprehensive analysis
- Guidewire knowledge or experience implied by the role
