About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in climate change-related projects and initiatives, including developing roadmaps and recommendations based on organizational priorities and objectives
- Monitor and update climate targets and commitments
- Conduct climate risk analyses
- Conduct research and preliminary analysis
- Develop initial outlines of tools and work processes requiring detailed understanding of business lines and the organization
- Contribute to climate change-related reporting
- Support more experienced professionals in the unit
- Monitor new trends in climate change and biodiversity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, sustainable development, finance or another relevant discipline
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Practical experience in the financial sector or in consulting
- Experience developing and implementing climate strategies
- Experience defining GHG emission reduction targets, ideally in a financial-sector context
- Experience in climate risk and scenario analysis
- Experience in climate-related reporting and greenhouse gas emissions measurement
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English
