About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide clients with property management support and advice
- Analyze and diagnose impacts on client activities and operations
- Recommend solutions in accordance with standards and policies
- Negotiate, prepare and draft complex, moderate-value leases while minimizing transaction costs
- Help develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support your unit’s strategic projects and initiatives
- Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports
- Help develop budgets and schedules for medium-scale projects and monitor them closely
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
