About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the general manager and/or managers in planning and coordinating management activities, and record and track scheduling information.
- Follow up on phone calls, emails, and mail on behalf of managers.
- Produce various documents (e.g., records, minutes, reports, statistics, and balance sheets).
- Participate in organizing logistics for a variety of events (e.g., team meetings, committees, general meetings, training sessions, conference calls, travel, and public relations activities).
- Perform various internal administrative management tasks (e.g., tracking sales, maintaining scorecards, monitoring expense accounts, managing inventory and equipment, and conducting performance evaluations).
- Manage documents and update records for multiple areas (e.g., filing, purging, and storage) in accordance with current practices and regulations.
- Perform secretarial duties including drafting, formatting, updating, creating, and revising the wording of informational documents produced by various departments.
- Support the general manager and/or managers in retrieving information, executing business processes, and using information systems.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Trade school diploma in a related field
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Proficiency in French spelling and grammar
- Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
- Familiarity with telephone etiquette
- Knowledge of service standards
