About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Training or in related field
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Experience as a training facilitator (presentation and facilitation skills), or similar role, with a background in instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Holds OTL (Other than Life) license
  • Expert proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
  • Expertise with core business systems (e.g. PROV/VENT, Property & Casualty System (PCS)), processes and products
  • Available to work flexible hours to accommodate Ontario and Alberta time zones
  • Ambiguity, Communicates effectively, Interpersonal Savvy, Plans and aligns, Resourcefulness, Situational adaptability
