About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the investment advisor or team in all administrative, client service, and business development activities.
  • Respond to client inquiries about their accounts and/or the products and services offered by the firm, perform necessary follow-ups and research to ensure high-quality service at all times, and refer inquiries to the appropriate person when required.
  • Assist members and clients in selecting and optimally using various tools and alternative channels that promote self-service and automation.
  • Handle telephone calls and specific information requests and, when required, refer them to the appropriate person.
  • Participate in identifying operational risks and researching improvements related to your team's activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College diploma (AEC) in a relevant field
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in French required
