About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide personalized member and client service and support to clients with complex needs.
Be attentive to members' and clients' needs and propose tailored, effective solutions that meet their expectations.
Identify business opportunities and offer personalized advice to support optimal business development.
Collaborate with the advisor to manage member and client files: open accounts, prepare meetings, and follow up on member and client requests.
Ensure the execution of all member and client banking account operations.
Proactively inform members and clients about our digital solutions and enable them to interact with Desjardins using their preferred channel.
Assist with managing the advisor's schedule and emails.
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Desjardins products and services as well as competitors' offerings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

College diploma (Attestation of Collegial Studies)
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
