About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical, logistical and operational support to projects
Coordinate suppliers, equipment, field logistics and deployed teams
Research experiential design suppliers and trends to support technical choices
Support schedule planning; book and coordinate suppliers, locations and equipment
Monitor production (setting, materials) and organize all event logistics
Supervise setup and teardown by production partners and activation launches
Manage contests and prospects; recruit, train and coordinate field teams and ambassadors
Ensure brand compliance and client experience; collect field data and contribute to event post-mortems

Requirements

What you’ll need

College diploma in a related field
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written
Available for occasional evening and weekend work
Available to travel based on assignments (driver’s licence required; mileage reimbursement provided)
