Securities Advisor

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare the necessary documentation for member and client meetings
- Manage the advisors’ calendars and voicemail
- Complete account openings, forms and securities transactions as directed by the advisor(s)
- Handle certain queries, perform the necessary research and propose solutions tailored to member and client needs
- Take part in producing reports and statistics and preparing related documents
Requirements
What you’ll need- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
