About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle client requests

- Help members and clients choose and get the most of their tools and channels based on how much independence and automation they want

Requirements
What you’ll need- Attestation of Collegial Studies
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
