Key responsibilities & impact

Help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients for all claims
Handle low-complexity auto insurance bodily injury claims
Investigate claims in accordance with the organization’s standards and policies
Complete and preserve investigation materials to assess damage exposures in automobile related bodily injury claims
Review reports and other documents and determine appropriate course of action in accordance with the organization’s standards, policies and quality commitments to ensure client satisfaction
Work with any and all necessary parties involved in claims
