About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Sell and provide advice on life, health, disability and critical illness insurance products
Assess customer satisfaction and service quality, follow up and make improvements as needed
Establish and maintain good relationships with referral sources
Help target and analyze potential member/client files
Act on business opportunities and present information to partners so that members and clients can reach their financial goals
Monitor the industry to identify business development opportunities and stay on top of new products and trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Attestation of Collegial Studies
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French is required
Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle to ensure mobility
Available to work Monday to Friday, including two evenings
