About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Diagnose development teams' issues, challenges and needs on medium- to high-complexity correction requests, IT services and the rollout and post-rollout phases to determine target outcomes.
Develop and implement objectives, processes, methods, development tools, solutions and action plans.
Coordinate the delivery of IT solutions.
Analyze data.
Conduct studies.
Make recommendations.
Write reports.
Serve as an IT resource person for the business sectors we serve.
Handle major incidents when required, determine business impacts and coordinate activities with business representatives.
Document all IT services and applications.
Provide support to the business sector on strategic, operational and project initiatives.
Help report and monitor the sector's performance and stability indicators.
Represent the business sector on projects, initiatives and IT calls.
Help management define a culture of stability and promote it to IT officers and business sectors.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Proficiency in ITIL processes, particularly regarding incident and problem management
Knowledge of the information technology sector
Available 24/7 as an on-call advisor with pay
