About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide user support and assistance for IT applications including installation, configuration, best practices, issue resolution, and service request management
- Analyze and diagnose complex issues
- Recommend solutions to optimize standards, policies, and programs
- Coordinate the planning, design, and execution of projects, initiatives, and activities
- Serve as subject matter expert for your unit, clients, and partners
- Identify, input, analyze, and interpret data to inform management decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
