About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish a consulting relationship by identifying current or potential client needs and promoting customer retention
Advise partners, stakeholders, members, and customers on the products, services, or solutions offered, ensuring their satisfaction
Analyze and respond to customer requests, process inquiries, and carry out required follow-ups
Collect, consolidate, and analyze information; prepare reports and recommendations
Stay up to date on developments related to standards, products, or services in your area of expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need

College diploma in a related field
Minimum of one year of relevant experience
Proficiency in French is required
Availability to work Monday–Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
