About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve members and clients, assess their needs, promote insurance products and help members and clients choose coverage
- Prepare quotes and issue insurance contracts
- Follow up on files, analyze renewals requiring special underwriting, and correct contracts as needed
- Respond to information requests and amend contracts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Develop business partnerships to generate referrals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
