About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with needs analysis as well as training development, logistics and delivery
  • Coach and mentor employees
  • Lead development projects and strategic initiatives
  • Make recommendations on the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects
  • Coordinate and interact with stakeholders in many other fields
  • Advise clients and partners to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects
  • Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs
  • Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
  • Represent unit before decision-making bodies
  • Identify and implement strategies linked to the development or launching of new tools
  • Review regulatory compliance in the application of credits

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
