About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in serving, prospecting for, soliciting, developing, and maintaining business relationships with members and clients
  • Promote and sell securities products and services through various distribution channels
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with members and clients
  • Respond to and manage special information requests from clients
  • Promote and sell specialized products and services in accordance with the unit’s business objectives and strategies
  • Ensure member and client satisfaction and high-quality service
  • Analyze member and client needs, develop and implement tailored solutions, and propose integrated service offerings
  • Support current and prospective members and clients, represent the organization, and assist in negotiating client agreements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College diploma (Attestation of Collegial Studies)
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Mutual fund representative certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
  • Proficiency in French required
