Key responsibilities & impact

Establish a consulting relationship by identifying current or potential needs and promoting customer retention.
Advise various partners, stakeholders or members and customers regarding the products, services or solutions offered and ensure their satisfaction
Analyze and respond to customer needs, process requests and ensure the required follow-ups
Collect, gather and analyze information, write reports and recommendations
Keep abreast of new developments related to standards, products or services in your field of activity.

A minimum of one year of relevant experience
