Key responsibilities & impact

Advise members and clients on optimal strategies and collaborate with them to define expected outcomes
Manage business relationships; assess member/client satisfaction and service quality; follow up and identify areas for improvement
Stay current on the financial services industry, market trends, and best practices
Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse (credit union) in the community

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of one year of relevant experience
Mutual Fund Representative certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
Fluency in French required
