Key responsibilities & impact

Provide guidance to the general manager on cross-sector coordination for strategic files
Actively contribute to the development of the business plan and performance framework
Ensure rigorous monitoring and make recommendations to the management committee
Oversee employees' and managers' skills development
Build high-performance teams and help talent reach its full potential
Oversee a team mostly made up of HR, communications and associative affairs advisors
Attend board meetings to represent strategic and financial aspects and lead certain committees

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
