About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect for, solicit, develop and maintain business relationships with medium-sized organizations in the commercial sector
- Initiate, develop and sustain personalized business relationships with clients
- Serve as account manager and primary point of contact between the business centre and clients
- Analyze sources of dissatisfaction and recommend appropriate solutions
- Identify and assess member needs and develop tailored solutions
- Negotiate terms and conditions with members and clients as applicable
- Recommend strategies to achieve business objectives
- Participate in promotional activities and public relations initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French required
