Key responsibilities & impact

Advise members and clients on optimal financial strategies and work with them to identify expected outcomes.
Manage business relationships; assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up, and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up to date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices.
Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse (credit union) in the community.

Requirements

What you’ll need

College diploma in a related field
At least two years of relevant experience
Mutual Fund Representative certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
Proficiency in French is required
Available to work one evening per week
