About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support your immediate supervisor by helping to develop business strategies in line with Desjardins' strategic priorities and the unit's challenges
- Ensure sound risk management for the Desjardins Business Centre
- Ensure the quality of services and business relationships with various partners
- Implement and monitor the action plan to achieve target results
- Ensure that the action plan is integrated with performance management plans from other sectors
- Establish management and communication practices that promote talent acquisition and management, team synergy, and change management, aligned with Desjardins' values
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to develop skills, increase engagement, and empower employees
- Implement and develop a competitive, profitable service offering that incorporates partnerships with other units
- Ensure efficient processes and continuous improvement to enhance profitability
- Promote the Desjardins brand and strengthen the organization's roots in the community
- Uphold Desjardins' cooperative values.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
