Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with advisors to provide personalized support to members and clients
Help advisors deliver services and maintain business relationships
Address members’ and clients’ immediate needs by providing prompt solutions related to investments, financing, and protection
Use interpersonal skills and clear communication to ensure member/client satisfaction
Provide significant support for business development
Assist members and clients by delivering excellent customer service
Prepare proposals for routine transactions and recommend products and services based on client needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

College-level diploma (Attestation of Collegial Studies)
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
Mutual Fund Representative Certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
Proficiency in French required
Available to work one evening per week until 8:00 p.m.
