Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with advisors and provide personalized support to members and clients
Help advisors deliver services and maintain business relationships
Take charge of the immediate needs of members and clients by offering simple and rapid solutions for investment, financing and protection
Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures
Provide substantial business development support
Prepare proposals for routine transactions
Assist in selling products and services based on members’ and clients’ needs
Tailor your approach to each member’s and client’s needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) or equivalent
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
Mutual Fund Representative certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
Proficiency in French required
Available to work one evening per week until 8:00 p.m.
