Support the department manager by managing a team of 20 professionals (developers, analysts and trainers)
Coordinate the activities, action plans and projects for eGRC solutions, mainly the Archer centre of expertise
Provide outstanding advisory services for the Risk Management Executive Division
Develop training and skills development strategies and action plans for team members
Manage the budget
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Experience in team management, coordination or supervision
Experience in an advisory role
Project management experience
Experience in delivering integrated IT solutions
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Knowledge of the risks sector
