About the role

  • Assist the DGIG project portfolio manager by providing subject matter expertise and support for related activities
  • Coordinate and mentor a group of seasoned professionals
  • Analyze and make recommendations on budgets, estimates, projections and other financial parameters of projects
  • Assess processes and recommend ways to simplify and automate them
  • Help coordinate, plan and monitor projects to meet objectives on time and on budget
  • Create performance and budget governance indicators
  • Develop risk management, capacity management and project benefit management methodologies and processes
  • Interact with many contributors working in a wide range of fields including finance, risks and delivery
  • Serve as leading expert for your practice and its development
  • Monitor, analyze planning and make recommendations on the capacity of the resources involved in portfolio projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, finance or a related field
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in actuarial services or finance
  • Experience in portfolio management, project management and/or project control
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Intermediate advanced proficiency of English
  • Proficiency in Jira, Power BI, OPMI and Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of project and portfolio risk management
  • Knowledge of cost estimate methodologies
