Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with members and clients
Advise members and clients on optimal financial strategies
Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction, and follow up
Stay current on the financial services industry and market trends
Participate in outreach activities and represent the credit union in the community

Requirements

What you’ll need

College diploma in a related field
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
Proficiency in French is required
Knowledge of current financial, economic, political, and legislative developments
Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
Techniques for assessing and monitoring individual financing applications
