About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with members and clients
- Advise members and clients on optimal financial strategies
- Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction, and follow up
- Stay current on the financial services industry and market trends
- Participate in outreach activities and represent the credit union in the community
Requirements
What you’ll need- College diploma in a related field
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
- Proficiency in French is required
- Knowledge of current financial, economic, political, and legislative developments
- Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
- Techniques for assessing and monitoring individual financing applications
