About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in IT efficiency and quality by analyzing, designing, configuring, developing, maintaining and upgrading software products
- Analyze client and partner requirements and recommend technological or software solutions
- Plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet objectives
- Analyze and develop software products (design, code, automate and run tests)
- Establish and draft development methods and design patterns, procedures and IT choices
- Lead documentation writing teams for training preparations
- Actively look for system optimization opportunities
- Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve highly complex operational and conceptual problems during major incidents
- Represent teams in dealings with executive management, partners and outside organizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
