Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to inform management decision-making and monitor the application of management policies and practices.
Make recommendations
Analyze data, prepare reports, develop and propose solutions and recommendations, and provide advice on how to implement recommendations
Prepare and propose action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters
Develop, recommend, implement and update policies, practices and standards
Represent and negotiate on behalf of Desjardins and enter the organization into agreements with external partners and organizations.
